Dosierung<\/strong><\/p>\n

Das Tierarzneimittel ist zur einmaligen oralen Verabreichung an Pferde bestimmt.<\/p>\n

  1. Zur Behandlung von Ascariden, kleinen und gro\u00dfen Strongyliden und Oxyuriden betr\u00e4gt die empfohlene Dosis 19 mg Pyrantelembonat pro kg K\u00f6rpergewicht. Ein Injektor ist f\u00fcr die Behandlung von 600 kg K\u00f6rpergewicht bestimmt (siehe Skala auf dem Injektor) und jeder Injektor ist in markierte Teile unterteilt. Die Menge eines Teils reicht f\u00fcr die Behandlung von 50 kg K\u00f6rpergewicht aus.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. F\u00fcr die Behandlung von Bandw\u00fcrmern betr\u00e4gt die empfohlene Dosis 38 mg Pyrantelembonat pro kg K\u00f6rpergewicht. Ein Injektor ist f\u00fcr die Behandlung von 350 kg K\u00f6rpergewicht bestimmt (siehe Skala auf dem Injektor) und jeder Injektor ist in markierte Portionen unterteilt. Die Menge von zwei Teilen ist ausreichend f\u00fcr die Behandlung von 50 kg K\u00f6rpergewicht.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    F\u00fcr eine korrekte Dosierung sollte das Gewicht so genau wie m\u00f6glich bestimmt werden; die Genauigkeit des Dosierger\u00e4ts sollte \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n

    Die berechnete und verabreichte Menge der Paste kann mit der Einstellschraube am Stab des Injektors eingestellt und fixiert werden. Dann die Schutzkappe vom Injektor entfernen, das Maul des Pferdes \u00f6ffnen und das Gel so weit wie m\u00f6glich auf den Zungenr\u00fccken spr\u00fchen und das Tier schlucken lassen. Das Schlucken kann angeregt werden, indem man eine Hand unter das Kinn legt und den Kopf anhebt.<\/p>\n
